Stacking the Shelves #21

STSmall[4]

Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga, where book lovers get to share what their latest additions to their book shelves are.

This week, pretty much all I’ve done is revise for my exams that start in two weeks time. I’ve also been preparing for the Eisteddfod with school, which is basically a giant Welsh festival where people/schools/groups from all over Wales compete in all sorts of competitions (choirs, acting, reciting, writing, art etc.). Also, it’s all in Welsh! Anyway, I’ve got three new books this week:

For Review

Chruz Weitz - The Young World

The Young World (The Young World Trilogy #1) – Chris Weitz

Elisa Ludwig - Coin Heist

Coin Heist – Elisa Ludwig

Ebooks

Jack Croxall - Tethers

Tethers (The Tethers Trilogy #1) by Jack Croxall

What did you get this week?

    1. Yep, I’m from Wales! I’ve lived here my whole life (although technically I am half-English 🙂 ). Thank you!

  1. I’ve had my eyes on the Young World for a while now – the premise of it sounds really interesting. Not the biggest fan of the cover though…
Happy reading and have a good weekend! 🙂

    1. No, the cover didn’t really draw me in either but I’m looking forward to reading it. Thank you!

    1. Coin Heist sounded like it might be a bit similar to some of Ally Carter’s books so I decided that I had to read it!

  2. Ooh, I didn’t know you were from Wales, I think you’re the first Welsh book blogger I’ve seen around! The festival sounds like a lot of fun – although probably not for a non-welsh speaker, ha. Hope you have a lot of fun!

    1. It’s really fun, although this year there’a group of us leaving at half four in the morning to get there on time! Thank you!

  3. The cover for The Young World is really intriguing! I hope you enjoy all of your books! 🙂
